Consignment is when you bring your wedding dress to our boutique, and we sell it on your behalf. It’s a beautiful way to give your gown a second life and make some money while you’re at it.
-
Start by booking a consignment consultation here -

During this call, we’ll learn more about your dress, answer any questions, and decide if it’s a good fit for the boutique.
After that, you’ll drop off your dress at the shop (clean and ready to go!), and we’ll take care of the rest; photographing, marketing, and helping it find its next bride
-
When your dress sells, you receive 40% of the final sale price, and the boutique keeps 60%.
This split covers the time, space, marketing, and care that goes into showcasing your gown to the right bride.
-
We typically keep your dress on consignment for 18 months. After that, we’ll check in with you to see if you'd like to make any changes and we’re happy to renew the agreement for as long as you wish. Some dresses will sell within the first week where others will take years depending on style, size and so much more. There’s no rush; your gown is welcome here for the long haul
-
Yes — or at the very least, it should be in clean, like-new condition. Dresses must look freshly dry-cleaned and ready to be tried on by another bride. If your gown needs cleaning, we recommend having it professionally cleaned before your appointment
-
We research your gown based on the designer, style, original retail price, condition, and current resale trends. Our goal is to price it in a way that’s fair to you while making it appealing to today’s brides. We’ll discuss and agree on the final price together before your dress goes on the floor.

You’ll be paid within 30 days of your dress selling. We offer payment by e-transfer, cheque, or cash. Be sure your contact details are current so we can reach you when it’s time to send your payout.
